The European Union has just established a new president in Brussels, Mr. Jean-Claude Trichet ( 67 )is the president of the European Central Bank and the Central Bank responsability is to keep the inflation controlled. Moreover the Bank, based here ( where I live ) has almost no formal tool to help an ailing member country like Greece.
The alarm of Greece, Spain and Portugal in red figures make think that if the crisis worsens, it would fall to EU members to arrange a rescue of Greece or any other EU's country like Portugal .
Taxpayers are having a great concern , become aware of how much a rescue may cost to them.
